Order confirmation

All orders are confirmed by mail, where orders' ordered products, prices and delivery schedule are stated. An email is required to receive an order confirmation The customer agrees to the delivery- and cancellation terms when making an order.



We will send you an order confirmation, where you will see the:

• ordered products

• and the order total.



Payment methods

When the vendor and the customer have both accepted the order, the customers' email will receive an eletronic invoice (PDF). The bill can be paid in one (100%) in two (50% | 50%) or in three (50% | 25% | 25%) installments according what is agreed upon.



Product delivery and order cancellation

The service is available during the time period declared in the order confirmation. Logins required to use digital services are delivered electronically according to the agreement.
